アメリカで学んでいる日本人大学生「やす君」が、最近伝道的なウェッブサイトから導かれ、先週のブリッジズジャパンのカンファレンスに参加し、トレーニングを受け、これから日本に帰って自分の大学（拓殖大学）でムーブメントをスタートさせたいと思っているそうです。
やす君は、救われたばかりのようですが、今回のカンファレンスで「ムーブメントを始めるには」というセッションを受け、ビジョンを得たということです。ここに、いまの東京チームにない要素を見ます。それは、
１．幼いクリスチャンにもミニストリーのハウツーを教えることを後回しにしていない。
２．学生たちがムーブメントを進めていけるように、具体的なやり方に関するクラスをしっかり提供している。
３．キリスト教に対する疑問に答えるためのウェッブサイトを公開している。
４．GCTC教材を学生のために利用している。
春合宿にくる学生たちがかなりいます。東京にも「やす君」になりそうな学生たちが与えられています。けれど、私たちは彼らに何を提供していいのかとまどっている感じです。彼ら自身がムーブメントを展開してゆけるように装備してあげればいいのではないでしょうか？GCTC教材なども利用して、学生たちがしっかりムーブメントを展開してゆけるように助けてあげたらいいと感じます。交わりや分かち合い、ベーシックメッセージはあたりまえ。同時に「ムーブメントをはじめるには」などの基本的なハウツーもどこかでしっかり学べる機会を設けた方がいいなあと感じています。

A remarkable moment for me at the conference was when we had a small break out session on "How to start a Movement." In the course of the lesson, I passed out a sheet about using the web to locate Japanese interested in the Gospel. On the sheet was a real question about the Bible submitted by a Japanese student studying in the USA.. One of the 5 people in the session, Yasu, gasped when he saw the quoted question. He had written the question and submitted it on the web shortly before he became a Christian in December of last year! Yasu came to the conference to learn how to share Christ with his family and friends back in Japan when he permanently returns there in a month or so. Yasu now plans to trust the Lord to use him to launch a movement on his university in Japan by praying for his campus, gathering other believers and interested non-Christians, using music to reach others for Christ, and finding new leaders to continue God's work there!
